- Integrated numerous stovepiped applications into a consolidated website for HHS. First HHS website to achieve Section 508 compliance.
- Architected complex program management office website for IRS, accessible to an extensive team of contractors and subcontractors and integrating data from numerous project tracking applications. First Treasury website to complete full third-party security evaluation. Prototyped first XML-based online Help system.
- Established first extranet website for secure document management and delivery between the system integrator program, the government sponsor, and multiple contributing organizations. Created web-based publication tools for CM staff and provided training, implemented highly successful program-wide training program for full adoption of the new system.
